Since 1907, Beloit Box Board Company has been ahead of its time. We began as one of the pioneers in recycling, and continue today to advance our production capabilities to better serve customers and better preserve the environment. |

1855 - Beloit Paper Mill Company started from a saw mill plant 1892 - Paper machine installed 1907 - Paper mill purchased and renamed Beloit Box Board Company |
1925 - Coal-fired boilers were installed to supply steam for drying of paperboard 1953 - New paper machine lineshaft
drive equipment installed |

1960 - Boilers
were converted to burn natural gas instead of coal
1961 - Complete new stock preparation system installed 1970's - Paper machine dryers and
drives replaced |
| 1980's - Wet end of the paper
machine was rebuilt and expanded from four to six cylinders, a closed hood
was added to the dryer section for more efficient drying, the process
water system was completely closed to conserve fresh water and energy, and
new guillotine paper cutters were added in the cutting department |

1990's - Stock preparation system
was updated with new hydrapulpers, pressure screens, and monitoring
equipment
1992 - Sheeter on the paper machine was rebuilt for more accurate slitting and cutting |
| 1998 - New office was built and computer system installed; waste paper facilities were updated 2000 - New highly efficient burner and package boiler installed; additional new guillotine paper cutter added in the cutting department 2005 - New press section, electric drives, and seventh cylinder installed on paper machine |
