Chipboard Manufacturing

At Beloit Box Board, we use state of the art, computer controlled equipment, such as a guillotine paper cutter, sheeter and paper machine dryer. Our manufacturing equipment is also subject to stringent maintenance designed to meet the highest ISO quality standards. This ensures that our chipboard manufacturing process is as efficient and cost-effective as possible.

Our products are not only of the highest possible quality, they're also environmentally friendly. As early as the 1920s, Beloit Box Board has been a pioneer in recycling. It was then that we stopped using paper and straw to produce chipboard, opting instead for recycled waste paper. To this day, all of our products are 100% recycled and recyclable.
