Manufacturing paperboard sheets in Caliper Range from .015 to .050
ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Certified manufacturers of paperboard. We produce seven grades of high quality paperboard sheets ranging in thickness from .015″ to .050″. All standard grades have a water finish, providing a clean, smooth printing surface. Other finishes include wax, starch and dry finish. Color tinting is available upon request.
All sizes are available in bulk packages and standard sizes are available in bulk, bundles and cartons.
Double Kraft-Lined Chip
Paperboard with improved bending characteristics and higher strength. Used in many applications such as folding cartons.
Tan Bending Chip
A paperboard used for the manufacture of folding cartons and mailers. It is recycled and must endure a single fold to 180 degrees without breaking or separating the plies.
Plain Chip
A recycled paperboard used for many purposes, such as notepad backings, divider sheets within packaging, separator sheets, or set-up boxes.
Mounting Chip
A paperboard upon which printed or lithographed sheets are pasted. Made of reclaimed paper stock and is from .030 to .050 of an inch in thickness. Smooth surface finish and stiff to resist warping.
Printer's Chip
Plain Chipboard used in the commercial printing industry. Available in standard and custom sheet sizes packed in 50# bundles or cartons.
Pasted Chip
Multiple paperboards glued together. Available on Calipers greater than 50pt. Used for many purposes whenever a stiff, thick board is required.
Partition Chip
Paperboards that are commonly used as partitions in packaging.
